Booklover's Burlesque began its life as a book launch, burlesque show, and celebration for the publication of THE V-WORD: True Stories of First Time Sex, edited by Pacific Northwest author Amber Keyser, with a book launch and burlesque showcase at Crush Bar on Friday, April 8, 2016.

We spread sex-positivity for the very first time by mixing readings from the V-Word by local authors Sara Ryan, Kate Gray, and Amber Keyser, with burlesque performances by the talented Fannie Fuller, Lily Le Fauve, Judy Patootie, Honey Le Fleur, Paige Rustles, and Lacy Knickers!
